things i heart (at work):
1. people taking a pile of lasers from the printer, not looking to see that they are also taking your printouts along with their own
2. my boss not answering a very quick question but, rather, making me wait after hours to be able to ask her again later
3. the dance party soundtrack emerging from the speakers of the girl (read: disaster) who sits next to me
